Hockey 101 for Adults

Are you looking to become a better hockey player as an adult?

If so, then Hockey 101 for Adults is the program for you! This is one-of-a-kind, innovative program for males and females will give participants the opportunity to become better well-rounded hockey players and the ability to stay active.

Hockey 101 for Adults is designed for adults who want to increase their skills and abilities in the game of hockey. This program is designed for Beginner-Intermediate skilled level players. Each participant will take part in 10 on ice practices which will focus on a variety of skill based drills. The on ice sessions will include skating, agility, edge control, turning, pivoting, shooting, passing, scoring,
ofensive and defensive concepts and basic systems.

There is no better way to make a life transformation then to get in shape while playing the great game of hockey!

Instructors

The Hockey 101 for Adults Program will be instructed by experienced instructors who have a vast knowledge in teaching power skating, edge control, stick handling, shooting and team concepts.
